Pilot Information

If you have 300 logged hours, a current instrument rating, and access to an aircraft with at least 4 seats, we need you! Come fly with us! Put your special talents and passion for flying to work helping those who will benefit the most!

You don't have an IFR rating? We still need you! VFR pilots can help distribute AFE literature, recruit other pilots, and help in our outreach efforts by giving presentations to pilot organizations and other interested organizations.

We send our missions list to pilots by email with updated flight requests and will coordinate a flight with the AFE pilots who respond. Pilots, please remember to update your current email address with our mission coordinator, to receive our missions list regularly.

Are you already an AFE member pilot? If you've flown a mission lately, you know how satisfying it is to help – by doing what you love to do. If you've signed up to volunteer, but haven't flown a patient lately, let us know how we can help you get involved.! Contact us by directing your email to-
