Our volunteer pilots give their time, aircraft and all expenses to fly these individuals. Over the past 15 years, Angel Flight East, has consistently served as a strong force of volunteers in our community.

Welcome to Angel Flight East, a volunteer pilot organization, coordinating free air transportation for qualified people whose medical needs of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment can only be met by health care facilities far from their homes. We help children and adults who experience potentially life-threatening illnesses or injuries.

Angel Flight East provides medical air transportation from Maine, south to the Carolinas, west to Ohio,.

We are ready to respond in times of disaster too. We were there … after the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
